タニタ食堂ごほうびキャンデーのお話 [駄菓子]
自分、顎髭生やしてんですけど最近気になることが。
ぶっちゃけ髭に白髪が混じるようになってきた。
この現実は辛い。
つか親父が白髪多かったから俺もそのうち真っ白になるのかなぁ・・・。
なんつーか燃え尽きた感じの。

昨年急性膵炎で入院して以来、お酒をやめている。
しかしお酒をやめたのはいいがそのかわりものすごく食べるようになった。
元々太らない体質で十代の頃からなに食べたってちっとも実にならず、３０過ぎまでほぼ変わらぬ体重を維持していたんだけれど、それが最近になって体に変化があらわれ始めた。
そう、体重が増えるのです。
といっても２キロくらいなんだけど、その2キロでも俺にとっては重大で少なくとも１ヶ月とかで２キロ増えるなんてことは生涯ただの一度だってなかったんだから。
なワケでこりゃイカン、ダイエットせねば、となったはいいんだけど昔から体重なんて気にしなかった手前、ダイエットなるもののやり方がサッパリ分からない。
ん？食べなきゃいいのか？くらいの大雑把極まりない感覚しか持ち合わせていない自分に辟易しながらも何か簡単にできるダイエット方法はないのだろうかとアレコレ探していたところ、こんなものを見つけてしまいましたとサ。

味は３種類でブルーベリー味に紫芋、ブラッドオレンジ味にトマト、そしてメロン味にアスパラガスの栄養素をブチ込んでさらにカロリーも控え目という、今の俺にピッタリのキャンデー（キャンディーではない）なのではないだろうか。
まぁダイエットするならそもそもお菓子食うなよって話ではあるけど、そこんトコは目をつぶってもらわないと困るワケでダイエットしながらも美味しくお菓子もいただけたらいいね、という願望も込みでこの商品なワケですよ。
といってもコレが一体体にどのくらいの効果を発揮するのかはハッキリ言って謎なんですけどね。
中身～。
中身は個別包装のキャンデー（キャンディーではない）がゴロリ。
とりあえず一通り食べてみることにしよう。
んん、お優しい、お優しい味ですよおまいさん。
何と言うか味が薄い、どれもこれも薄味だ。
ギリギリブラッドオレンジ味はオレンジ感があっていいのだけれど、他はホントに病院食食べてるみたいなうっす～いテイストで整えられている。
ああでもタニタらしい・・・というかタニタ食堂のご飯を食べたことがないんで想像でしかないんだけども、きっとこれがタニタっぽい味付けなんだろうな。
他のキャンディー類とはちょっと違った風味が確かに体にいいような気がしないでもないけれど、お菓子として食べてみるとちょっと物足りない感じではあるかな。
でもまぁコレはコレでいいか、と思えてしまうのは自分がタニタ食堂という意識の高いものに対する知識の薄さからきているのは間違いないだろうな（笑）。
しかしハッキリ言えるのは味はもとよりとにかくカロリーを気にしている人とか健康管理をバッチリやりたいって人にはいい商品なのでそこいらの需要に合わせて食べるのが一番ベターなんじゃないかと思うですよ。
